Love2Run offers group programmes, one to one sessions and tailored training.  Love2Run process will educated, support and mentor you to achieve your own personal potential, getting you started on the right foot.

MUMS THAT RUN

  • BEGINNERS RUNNING PROGRAMME
  • 10 WEEK PROGRAMME
  • FRIDAYS 9AM – 10AM

Our mums that run programme gives women the chance to access a ten-week running programme. The progressive programme allows beginners & women returning to running to work towards their own goals. It can be hard to take those first steps as a runner so starting out with other women helps keep you motivated.

$80  – Ten Week Programme 

KIDS THAT RUN

  • KIDS RUNNING GROUP
  • FUN SESSIONS TO IMPROVE TECHNIQUE
  • 8-13 YEARS

Kids are natural runners with an energy and desire to run everywhere. Children should be encouraged to keep active, this programme is based around the child’s natural urge to run around. Children will participate in fun running activities whilst educated in the importance of warming up and cooling down as well as knowledge of how the body responds to exercise.

The kids programme operates during term time afterschool.

$60  – Ten Week Programme – One Session Per Week

THIS PROGRAMME IS NOT TAKING PLACE IN TERM ONE 2021

 

KIDS THAT CAN

  • KIDS MORNING FITNESS SESSIONS
  • 1O WEEK PROGRAMME
  • 7-13 YEARS

These sessions are based around all aspects of fitness, with structured sessions and games based activities to get the children active and working towards their fitness goals.

7:30-8:15am twice a week at Omokoroa Point School on Tuesday & Thursday

$50  – Ten Week Programme – One Session Per Week
$85  – Ten Week Programme – Two Sessions Per Week

BEGINNERS RUNNING PROGRAMME

  • STRUCTURED RUNNING SESSIONS FROM COUCH TO 5K
  • TUESDAY 6.30pm &/or SATURDAY 7AM

This programme is aimed at beginner runners who wish to specifically work on improving their running fitness, technique and form. 

Be part of a group that supports your motivation & commitment to running.

$80 for Ten Week Programme (One session a week)

$150 for Ten Week Programme (Two sessions a week)

 

COME RUN WITH US

  • STRUCTURED RUNNING INTERVAL SESSIONS
  • CHASE THOSE PERSONAL BESTS!

This programme is aimed at runners ( 10 years plus) who wish to specifically work on improving their running technique and form. This is a great interval based session that specifically targets different paces in order to set new personal best times.

Come and run with us and meet up with friends so you don’t skip a session!

$80 for Ten Week Programme 

$10  – Per Week on a casual rate.

ONE TO ONE SESSIONS

  • PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
  • FOCUS ON TECHNIQUE, FORM AND RECOVERY

Great for all abilities from beginners to experienced runners.

Personal training running sessions allow us to coach and guide each individual. Get some expert guidance and focus to make the most of your running training. Monthly payment option of $150 for one session a week. These one on one sessions are structured with focus on technique, form and recovery. These sessions will build a foundation in order to allow the runner to get into good running habit

Regular running transforms your health, A solid base of mileage is the foundation on which all good running is built. It is important to progress your training volume gradually otherwise cracks will show. Our Personalised training programmes are for runners of all abilities. We offer a free consultation.

Programme and service packages:

BRONZE: Monthly programme with consultation in person or on the phone each week. $40 a month.

SILVER:  Monthly programme with a guided training session and consultation each fortnight. $80 a month.

GOLD: Monthly programme with a guided training session and consultation each week. $100 a month.

 

I have just finished a 12-week coaching block with Caroline with the aim of completing my first marathon. I have been a fairly regular runner for the past 10 years and have done around 5 half marathons.

On New Year’s Eve 2019 I made a resolution to do a marathon in 2020.

I started out training myself and tried following several different free training plans but for different reasons, none of them went well. I met Caroline at this point and decided to employ her as my coach.

I can honestly say that I would not have been able to complete my training and the event without her. I would have given up at the first injury or when it got too hard. Caroline set me a weekly training plan that had lots of variety and I have learned a lot about incorporating speed work, strength, flexibility, and cross-training. Most weeks there would be at least one activity that I would think “there is no way I can do that” but every time I surprised myself and this really helped my confidence. Caroline was really knowledgeable about all aspects of my training and when I had injuries she was able to vary my training so that I could keep working but also manage the injury. She was always available to talk, didn’t let me slack off, and was always, always positive and encouraging. I definitely felt that Caroline was invested in my training and really wanted me to succeed – which I did!!

Both my children have also been involved in Caroline’s kid’s sessions and they have really enjoyed them and have experienced improvements in their fitness and technique. I would use Caroline again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone who wants to get into running, improve their running, or has a goal they want to meet.
